Bring your listings across

Clive Bradley · Caye Compass Property — this page is for an agent who already has a book of listings. Give us the address of your website, a feed or export, or a folder of brochures, and every property comes back here as a draft. Nothing is public until you press Confirm on it.

One property at a time still works the way it always did — send it in the chat.

1 · Where are they now?

About half of the agency sites in Belize run WordPress with an open listings API, which is fast and exact. If yours does not, I read the pages instead — politely: robots.txt is obeyed and there is a two-second pause between pages.

2 · Permission

Stored with the date, the wording above and a hashed IP, and shown back on this page. If the site belongs to a franchise, the broker has to be the one who ticks it. Nothing is fetched until this is filled in.

Some sites we will not read whatever is ticked — RE/MAX's terms forbid it without the broker's written sign-off, so those are refused with an explanation instead.
